Hi! I'm Lina.

I'm a UX Researcher and Service Designer with 8+ years of applied research experience in Enterprise (Microsoft), B2C (Thomson Reuters), e-Commerce (Brooks Running), and healthcare & educational Service Design (Centers for Disease Control, University of Oxford).

My goal is to empower organizations with critical user insights, enabling them to put users at the center of everything they do.

I hold a Master's degree from Cambridge University and certifications in Scrum/Lean UX and Designing for AI (MIT xPro). Check out my work below!
